AQL standards are set and every section has both in-line and final quality control inspection. Global Cases welcomes your outside QC team to visit all stages of production.

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Global Cases conducts a PSI on every order before exportation, giving buyers an opportunity to take corrective action before production is finished. PSI is a systematic inspection of units selected at random from all batches of your order, conducted when your production is at least 80% complete. For all inspections, we use the standard internationally recognized ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) statistical sampling procedure. These comprehensive criteria cover: functionality, performance, durability, overall appearance, and dimension. Inspection certificates are issued if stipulated in the letter of credit.
Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Compliance
RoHS is a European Union (EU) directive requiring that electrical and electronic equipment sold in the EU does not contain lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) or polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) above the legal threshold. This will affect any organization involved in the production, sale or distribution of electrical and electronic equipment destined for an EU market, such as manufacturers, retailers, brand managers, traders and distributors. Our factories comply with RoHS regulations.
REACH EU Regulation and Compliance
Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) is one of the most comprehensive and far-reaching pieces of environmental legislation to come out of the European Union. We comply with all aspects of REACH, and allow third-party laboratory testing to verify our compliance.
